My asus hd 7870s onboard fan controller appears to have blown and the fans no longer start. Any way to hook them up to a molex or anything?

just plug them in the motherboard unless you have a fan controller

Its not a standard fan connector though, it has 5 pins, any idea which wire is which?

Bah its a 5 pin with small holes, I think the only way to hook it up would be to wire it up myself, but I dont know what pins are what

What is the pinout of your 5-pin VGA PWM mini connector?

Is it: ??

-Pin1-Ground (assume black)

-Pin2-+12V

-Pin3-RPM sense (from fan-1)

-Pin4-PWM signal

-Pin5-RPM sense (from fan-2)
