hey guys, i am getting some UV led striped for my pc at Christmas, i have a modular psu and was wondering if anyone knew where i could get reactive cables for it (sata,pci-e,sata power) and also i was wondering becuase it is semi- modular could i paint the 24 pin and 8 pin cpu in uv paint or would that be a bad idea?

UV extensions can be bought fairly easily, though I'm not sure where/if you can find them within the UK. Performance-PCs and FrozenCPU in the US should have some, Dazmode in Canada (Not sure if they ship internationally), and ModDIY in Hong Kong are two others.

If you want entirely UV reactive cables, you'll either need to sleeve them or buy some custom replacements. That can be expensive, $100-250 USD is entirely possible for having someone custom make cables for you. Sleeving is fairly cheap, but very time consuming, and will likely require specialized tools.

If you want sleeving stuff, the any of the retailers above will be good choices. For full sets of cables made for your PSU, Lutro0 Customs (Find them at ModBunker), or ModDIY can help you with that.

I don't know if painting is a good idea or not, but personally I wouldn't do it.
