My Current Build looks like this:

GPU: R9 280 XFX DD Edition

GPU: AMD FX-6300

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970-UDP3 AMD 970

RAM: 8Gb Corsair VengeanceLP Dual Kit (2x 4gb) Green

HDD: WD Blue 1TB

Now as for the CPU Cooler I want to get a Corsair H80i later on... For overlocks ecetera... And my main problem is choosing the PSU I want a 650W one since I don't really want to push it all that much over the limit of my budget and id rather have a 280 than one 270x (Which Isnt bad because if I wanted to crossfire them a 750w PSU Would be good deal imho) soo yeah I've been deciding between the EVGA Supernova G-Series of PSU's or the RM Series from Corsair... I Havent heard many good things about the RM Ones expecially because of their capacitors and that they go defect more quickly, also they're alot more expencive and people have told me that they're a rip off

Thanks bruh, and to everyone else I'm still not a 100% sure which R9 280 to take still debating about the XFX one don't know how good it is... And I'd take the ASUS one but it's just too expencive.

The XFX one is really pretty and the cooler is also pretty decent.

i'm a potato

FX 6300? Nope. That'll bottleneck anything above a 270X pretty bad. I suggest an i5 4460 for about $180. (Sometimes 160). It'll smoke that FX. Get a cheapo board like an ASRock B85 Anniversary ($50). No aftermarket CPU cooler is required.

You can slap a 290X on that and get no bottleneck to your performance.

Intel Inside. Overweight guy in his 30's outside.

Too bad that Intel is too expencive now if the i5 Was 120€ AMD Would loose in the whole bang for the buck department... Suggest me something better then I'd like to keep my Windowed Black Fractal R4 and Perhaps my PSU. I was actually also aiming for a green looking build.

with some tweaking, we could get you an i5. Pretty sure your budget is big enough for it. nevermind. Thought I saw pounds but you posted euros.

Will keep an eye on that! But how does this build seem? Yes I know it's an AMD one but it's around the 650€

CPU:AMD FX Series FX-8320 8x 3.50GHz

GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P AMD 970

PSU: 650 Watt EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1 Gold

RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9 Dual Kit

HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB

Case: Fractal Design R4

Would this be any good? I mean yeah sure the i5 Is good and all... But I'm running a PC that still uses IDE cables on one old samsung HDD of 80gb since my 500gb old seagate sata drive froze up last month and I really need a new PC badly... :(

Yeah, that's a great build too. You can always upgrade you gpu up to the 970 if you wanted to. The cpu won't bottleneck it.

Really? I would be able to use a GTX 970 with the CPU? Would the PSU Be enough? Since it's a Gold Certified one I guess it would be, damn didn't know I would be able to use the 970 without a bottleneck, thanks alot! Might get it around the summer time or so :) When I save up some more money, since yeah as I said I really need a PC badly now and I don't have more cash than that, damn this made my day seems like I found my build! Thanks! :D Other suggestions are still welcome though for me to reconscider! Oh and the Build you shared with me, converted in Euros is around 668€ as you said well almost 670 :) But I'll see what I can do more, for now I'll stick with what I choose in the previous post and that might be what I'd get mid January

I mean if you're not getting it until mid jan, that's plenty of time to invest in an i5 build

:P
