ASUS GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5 DirectCU II OC GeForce GTX 780 3GB GDDR5

So .. Will all of this work together? And I am going to put it into the corsair graphite 780T. (with a 850W Power supply.)

It will all work bruh, but you're missing the fittings. They need to be the same 3/8 ID 5/8 OD as your tubing. You need 6 fittings.

Do I need anything else, like plugs?

The plugs will be in the GPU block when you get it. 

everything you listed will work just fine. but don't for get fans and fan power cables.
