You can also use the Windows 8 Installer for creating a Windows USB http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only

All you need is a product key.

hey guys,

so i have a burned iso of win 8.1 CD(DVD) and i recently bought a new PC and it does not have a disk reader. so can any one tell me if it s possible to copy my cd's iso content to pendrive. is it just copy past of is there any process for it?
