Organize PC hardware

So I'm looking for some ideas to organize all my spare computer complainants and accessories.

 

i have

. tones of wires/cabels

. hard drives

. sound cards 

. motherboards

. fuck tone of fans

. zip ties and other things of that nature

. tools (i keep a small set just for pc building)

. other things i cant think of at the moment

i have been tossing it all in a bin and i am dissatisfied. id like to keep it all organized and safe.

 

 What are your suggestions recommendations? What do you do? Linus could use your help too!

You can sell some stuff.

 

Plastic containers and that metal dish thing Linus always uses.

I have a ton of like plastic storage bins with like 3, 4 compartments that i put stuff in. Grab like cardboard boxes and make sections in the bins to make it more organized.

any links? compartments sounds lovely!

I just went shopping around office stores like staples and stuff if you're in the us. Found some rolling storage bins with like 3-4 compartments and I paired it up with coupons haha. Bought them for like $10 each. The bottom of my desk is lined with those storage bins. Keeps my workspace super organized.

Im using plastic bins from Walmart at the moment, i need to find a a more organized way to keep them. as stated cardboard isn't a bad idea but its not clean or sexy, because as you know your computer hardware cares how it looks whilst being stored! also ladies swoon over you when your hardware looks so sexy in a storage container! i totally know the from experience....

Yep. Also make a cool fan structure that turns on. Also that box thing you listed would be aroud $100

mostly a lot of corsair case fans a few spare noctuas, bitfenix fans too couple blue led 200mm cooler masters idk i have alot of random fans xD i obsess over my pc temp! i rencently upgraded to all 3000rpm noctuas in my 300d

Look for coupons! Cardboard isn't the only thing you can use as paritions. Hard foam, styrofoam, plastic! Endless possibilities!
