I normally swap out my temporary internet folder from it's default location when setting up a new system. What i do is this

Create a folder name what ever you want where ever you want.

control panel, Internet options. in the general tab under Browser History. click settings.

website data settings  header. I choose never for newer versions of stored pages but windows 7 always defaults back to auto never giving you a choice. XP and Vista this always works.

Will not let me choose anything but 0 for amount of disk space making it unlimited. If I click move folder it crashes windows explorer instantly. Preventing me from moving the file. Does this happen to everyone with Windows7? the Apply button never un-grays either so you never get to finalize before the crash. Any help?
