I honestly think it'll do you better to use that 500 budget and upgrade your gpu, maybe more ram, and getting an ssd if you don't already have one rather than getting a new setup.

It's not a great use of your budget since your current cpu is better than the fx 8320 that you're planning on getting.

I strongly agree with what people have said above. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the 3770, I have a 3570K and still don't have a need to upgrade my CPU. Even 8gb of RAM is sufficient. Put a little money into upgrading yours and you will be running like a champ!

Definitely use that budget and grab a gtx 970 and an ssd if you can haha. Or a gpu and more ram!
