hello all i know that this may not be the correct subforum but i could find anything that i think fits.

i would like to start streaming to twitch and also capture my gameplay for personal use from my pc, ps3, and possibly my nes and ps2.

i have a asus g750 laptop and dell tower optleplex 380 with core 2 duo and a amd hd 6770

want would be some good configs for me?

I know about xsplit but I was wonder if o should capture on the dell or just on the g750

You will capture card. After that its pretty much same which pc you will use as only HDD and internet speeds are limiting factors.
