A quick google result brings up cases that say they don't, but i'm sure you might be able to get one. If there is a will there is a way.

 

Edit: It seems as of October 27th they will start shipping to germany.

It took them more than 6 months to send me an invite, obviously at that point I didn't want it anymore so I gave it away in the one+ forums. Check in there, every second there is a giveaway, is just like pm'ing the op and thats it. GL
