Which Earphones?

Hi there. I would like to get audio gurus opinions which earphones I should pick. I run quite a lot recently in snow adn rain and most if not all earphones are comfortable for me. Should I get cheap ones or spend some extra money on "better ones"

 Also I was looking on these 2 earphones. I know the price difference is ridicoulus on them (65zł is 13EUR) but they are the only good looking wooden ones and would like you to let me know if the more expensive ones are worth the price?

Do not buy expensive wooden earphones. Nearly all wooden earphones are OEM rebrands. -> Meze Rebranded OEM
