Need help with new build

Hey guys, thanks you so much for taking your time to read my post, 

 

I am gonna build a new PC and i am wondering if these specs are alright for the price.

I aim towards GTA V when it comes out, hopefully 30fps+, my budget is around 400~470 bucks

 

I already own a GTX 750 ti  ( thats why no gpu )

He is only running a 750ti. You don't need a 750W psu.

 

This Bronze rated EVGA would power that pc.
