CPU spikes when cursor/mouse moves
Go to solution
Solved by Pemoos,
Can you explain how you figured that out in more details please?
Well, I went into resource monitor, and saws that whenever i moved my mouse, my rtwlan (internet driver) would start to use more cpu then when my mouse was stagnant. So, I tried re-installing the driver and it worked.
