when i was trying to get my phone rooted, i had the USB cable plugged into my computer and when i then where thinking on what to do, i had the end of the USB cable unplugged in my hand

so when i went into like a thinking position, that i often do when im thinking about my next move, because the rooting really where not going that well, then the end of the USB cable touched me, and i got a shock.

does anyone know how this can happen, because when i hold it with my fingers (plugged into the PC), nothing happens

You had a static electric charge that discharged to your grounded PC through the USB cable.

It's called static electricity.

Most likely the case.

Do not  as I  do, and  not  as I say. Instead do as you may..
