Please help. I just build my first PC. Issue is with CPU fan. When I start the PC, fan spins occasionally....it sipns for 1 second and then stops and then again starts spining for 2 seconds and then cuts off. I didn't let the PC work more than 10 seconds cus im scared. What do you think ??? Should I let it go to work more than 10 seconds and see will it go for full spining.

@gods_hammer I would open a hardware monitoring program to see if temps are anything to worry about. Keep the chip under ~62C and the socket under ~70C.

Could it be that I need to turn around the CPU fan switch  ??

Fan plugs are keyed and only go in one way. If the fan turns on at all, and you didn't break a bunch of plastic plugging in in the fan, it is installed correctly.

It spins but it jerks. Spins 2 sec then stop...etc...
