Hey guys , my friends laptop randomly shuts Off and we tryed so much stuff and it still only shut off while playing games.

It started like 2 weeks ago

Temps are good/Laptop cleaned

Put the battery Off,Ran of battery only

Reinstalled OS also tried the newest drivers

Ran prime96,Memtest,GPU benchmarkes,HDD WD Test - all ok over hours

Tryed differnt ingame options fullscreen,borderless fullscreen etc,VSyNC Off/ON,Limited FPS options Set to 30-45

The laptop is off warrenty as well.

Can someone help us?

I am taking a shot in the dark but i guess it could be down to the RAM or some other hardware failing

Randomly after playing games for like 20min up to 60min.

Not Overheating,Battery Fine,HDD is fine as well.

Okay so i think its solved for now , its runnig for a couple hours completly fine.

But the Laptop has to use the second gpu (Intel HD) , looks like the other gpu is damaged.

Its running of Intel HD GPU so yea there is a big fps loss compared to ther other gpu.

Atleast we can play now some games.
