So on December 1st, I had ordered a phantom glass screen protector for my recently aquired G3 (which I love and is my first android phone). Shipping was supposed to take 7-11 days and it has not arrived. I feel like the most logical thing to do right now is send them an email. 

 

What do you guys think? I live in the US (Pacific/North West US to be more specific) by the way.

Send them an email. Maybe it got caught up in customs?

Nope.
That's business days I imagine. So, don't include the weekend days.

Also don't expect it to be shipped out right when you place the order. Sometimes that can take a day or two as well, especially depending on what day you place the order and if they work weekends or not.
