Hey. Im about to pull my hair out trying to OC this card. Its a reference 650 ti boost from evga. I started out using percisionX 16 but then went to msi after burner. I'm having two main problems. The first is the card keeps throttling itself at 70C and the 2nd problem im having is no matter what clock offset or mem offset i put it to its not making a difference in my fps at all (yes im clicking apply on the OC). Im using Unigine Valley to bench it. Im benching in fullscreen 1080p most things at high except for AA (Preset custom and Quality High) Anyone know whats up with my card?

You need a fan profile, use mine I use on my 760 ref.

Also work on your core clock first then memory.
