Need a cpu cooler recommendation

so this is going to be an upcoming build (hopefully this weekend) I was originally going to go with a Dark Rock Pro 3 but memory express no longer has it in stock. I have exactly $90 for it and theres only a low chance I can go above that.  please note I am in canada

requirements are:

1. Black

2. under $105 cad if from memory express or if it isnt sold at memory express

3. under $115 cad if from other retailer and available at memory express for a higher price

4. isnt very loud

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

ME doesn't carry Be Quiet products at all...

Nope.

What do you mean nope... Why would you get an H55, which performs worse then a 212 EVO in most cases (212 EVO is about on par with H60), and pay twice as much for it?

$10 over my budget

Honestly worth the extra $10, because the only other decent coolers for around $10 cheaper that ME have are the D15, D14 and U14S. All of which are out of stock around here and none of which are black.

Because I can, I don't disagree with your statement. I'd rather have an H55 given the choice.

You can pay $10 more for an H100i (which I wouldn't do cause H100i stock fans are loud af), or $40 more for a Nepton 240M (which I also wouldn't do unless you're doing extreme OCs, but even then, we live in Calgary).

if the 240m  was a cent more expensive at ME I could get it for $90 oh well its still in budget

idk, the 240M is great for CM's new fans that are not sold on the shelf, but tbh for that $40 difference you could get some damn good fans to put on the ThermalTake cooler. Up to you.

So you'd rather have a loud, less reliable, worse performing cooler? Why?
