so for my budget i can either get 1 stick of 1866 4gb ram and later on like in a few months when i hopefully get a job i can buy another stick of 1866 4gb ram to have 8 or should i get 1333 8gb  2x4gb RAM

Get the slower stuff. Unless you're running an APU, it won't make that much of a difference.

where you are buying from?

 

there are many 8GB kits which are quite decent

 

and NewEgg always have 8GB kits on discount

 

speed is one of the factor when choosing RAM but look at the CAS latency

 

the lower the CAS, the faster the memory is

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

There really isn't a noticeable difference between ram speeds. I overclocked my ram just because I could, not because I felt I needed it. There is a huge difference between having 4gb and 8 however. So go for the second :)

so maybe the 2 sticks of 4 gb are out of my budget waht will be bad about going with 1 stic of 4 my MOBO does have dule channel RAM so idk should i get a 2x2GB so i just have 4GB thats dule channled? or if 1 4GB better?

Save your pennies... get the 2x4 GB.
