I am really dumb and new to watercooling. So can someone tell me what would happen if you put some ice into a watercooling loop?

Well, it wouldn't be bad per se, but it wouldn't be good either. Unless your ice is already distilled it would be fine, but other than that non-distilled water shouldn't be used for water cooling loops because it can corrode at the metal components or in general junk up the liquid and loop. Why would you want to put ice in a loop anyway?

Because I thought it would make the loop cooler. :(

Well, I wouldn't. The radiators already do a good job at it.

Well it would melt pretty fast. Water cooling loops can sit easily around 40 degrees celsius. So, yeah.
