So I'm thinking about buying a PC for livestreaming and gaming.

I've looked at buying this PC in February -->  http://www.scan.co.uk/3xs/shared/f7029034-9a1f-436b-b3ec-7abf822c0c57

My main question is when is the best time to buy a PC?

The dilemma I currently have is that I don't want to spend too much on the PC and then computers drastically reducing in price when new products are being brought out. I also read something about new processors being brought out (Skylake) so I don't want to miss out on potentially amazing cpus.

There will always be something better coming. Skylake isn't until 2016. By then they'll be teasing what's next. There's no point in waiting.

There's also no point in deciding on build parts until you're ready to buy. Prices will fluctuate quite a bit between now and then.

What is your budget ?

Do you need a Monitor, mouse/keyboard as well ?

If you don't need a Monitor then what resolution are you gaming at ?

My Budget is £1350 and below :)

I don't not a monitor, mouse or keyboard because I'll just stick to stock ones for now :)

I want to game at 1080P and livestream at 720P 60 FPS :)

This would be better from OCUK. If you click on each picture (Or description) it will take you to the item on Overclockers Website.

The Galax GTX 970 Black Edition is designed to have Zero Coil Whine. You can check out the review here - http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/galax-geforce-gtx-970-oc-silent-infinity-black-edition/

The Motherboard will support a 2nd GTX 970 if you want to add another in the future.

The Superflower PSU will easily handle any upgrades such as the 2nd GPU etc and it is far better quality than the one in the Scan build.

Phanteks Enthoo Pro is a great case.

Same size SSD (SK Hynix are a very well known memory manufacturer)

Coolermaster Nepton 240M should perform better than the H80i as it has dual 120mm fans on a 240mm radiator.

YOUR BASKET

1 x GALAX GeForce GTX 970 OC Silent "Infinity Black Edition" 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card **WorldWide Exclusive**  £289.99

1 x Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail  £259.99

You would need to go to Overclockers website to get a quote for them to build it. They usually charge around £60 for a system like the one above.

This link shows you how to get the Shopping Cart plugin so you can post the basket like I have done -  http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18371076&highlight=browser

You can then post the basket in the pre-sales section - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=117

If you use this code 'SFCASE' you should get free delivery as well assuming you are mainland UK - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?p=27058117

Also last of all, you can claim £30 cashback off the board/cpu (Assuming you are in UK/Europe) - https://toptechcashback.com/uk/en/pages/cashback/qualifying
