Nexus 5 random reboots

I just recently updated to android 5.0 (~ 2 weeks ago), after having problems with the OTA update (phone was slowing down and lagging) I factory reset the phone and am now having problems with the power button being very touchy and restarting when I turn it on/off every now and then.

 

Really not sure what to do now...  :unsure:

Android 5.0 apparently has allot of problems, I recommend checking for updates, Android 5.0.1 was released already so see if that update is available.
