Yeah sounds like a powersupply thing, if you boosted up the clocks off the CPU and the GPU then they may be now drawing too much current. What brand is the PSU because even a 400 watt psu should be okay with that sort of gear. I say resetting CMOS is your best bet, returning all clocks to base and it should be okay.

I need help 

 

so i was trying to overclock my GPU with MSI afterburner (HD6670 gigabyte http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3832#ov) it was working. but when I shutdown my computer to go into the bios and play with my CPU settings and it wont start. I will hear the beeps that usually occur on start-up but nothing appears on the screen 

what did I do?

Interesting. Those are perfectly acceptable temps, so I wonder what happened.
