Furmark: http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/

I'm pretty it will show temps, or an alternative is CPU-Z and GPU-Z it will show the temps and other info.

CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z/versions-history.html

GPU-Z: http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

Other softwares:

3D Mark: http://www.futuremark.com/benchmarks/3dmark11?_ga=1.76102417.541059407.1418081729 (Not free but you can try the demo)

Prime95: http://www.mersenne.org/download/ (Free but CPU only)

Good Luck, don't let temps go over 80. ;D

You could also use Aida64... not exactly a benchmark but a good software to monitor and research.

This software gives you the opportunity to run a system stability stress test that pushes the CPU, RAM, etc. to their limits and see how the temps do. I love Aida64. When I build a new system I always run a 24h stress test to see if all runs stable and within accepable temps.
