hello....i has amd fx 6350 and pushed it to 4.6 ghz at 1st try and i ran stress program on it and it stabled at 65c then i read that max temps for this processor is around 62c and any far more will be dangerous so i had to ask is this for overcloking also or just for the normal speeds?

I'd recommend not going above 70C on any cpu. Yes this also applies when overclocking. 70C is a safe bet for most gpus as well.

Welcome to the forum.now lets answer your question if fx 6350 is pushed to that speed and its runing 65c in full load  those are realy good temps since amd 32nm 6core cpu is runing at 4.6 ghz its good if you want that 62c you can turn up the fan speed bu 200-500rpm to get that temp (i think that 65c is bad if cpu is stock but if overclocked its fine since overclocked 9590 or stock can run hooter wight some nice coolers so fore amd cpu and if u have a air or water coling unit it shoad be fine(i think)since its fast speed
