Dell Data Safe Factory Restore

I have a Dell Inspiron 537 Desktop. The Motherboard went bad on it so I replaced it today. When I rebooted it after replacing the motherboard everything worked perfectly. It booted up with no problem and it was just like the way it was before it broke. Seeing how it had been broke for about a year I decided to to do a factory restore. I started the restore and I went to restart the computer. The computer is on but I have no display. My monitor is showing no signal. What is the problem and how should I fix it.

 

I do not think that it is the motherboard because I am not getting the same LED color as I was on the power button when It was broken.

 

Any help would be appreciated

 

It has been on now for about an hour with No change.

Does it show a POST screen? If so, check BIOS settings (primary boot drive...) and try a clean install of the OS.
