i need help for building $1300 editing and gaming rig .

This is a great build considering you get 2 r9 290s for $1300 build. If you don't want two cards I would recommend an i7 instead to help with editing.

Then you should definitely get an i7! Those things render like beasts and you could also use OpenCL to render a bit faster and you're flying!

This will be amazing for what you need. Extra RAM for editing and livestreaming as well as an i7. The latest GPU from nVidia which performs amazingly and all under $1300 so you have money for peripherals and/or games.

 

Also room for overclocking to get EVEN MORE out of the i7.
