NCIX (USA)

So, it was the time of year to start buying computer parts to replace my old computer. After seeing Linus himself, a former employee, talk highly of NCIX, I thought it would be a good idea to buy from them. At first, I didn't see anything wrong with the transaction. A few days go by and then I get an email saying that the payment didn't go through. A few days. I find out it's my fault, but it took them 3 days to tell me. Alright, now that's taken care of, I can expect my package, right? Nope. When I checked on NCIX's website to see where the heck my package is, I find out it hasn't even left NCIX's facilities to ship. Cool. Have any of you had poor experiences with NCIX?

It takes time to verify the payment. Did you not read their "Product availability"; This item is in stock and will ship as soon as possible. Usually ships in 1-2 business days. I have had nothing but good experiences with them, their customer service is great, and they ship quickly.
