Game keeps on crashing.

Hello, I just got a steam game called "red orchestra 2" every time i try to launch it it just crashes and says "rogame.exe is not responding" it worked the first time I launched it. after that it crashes everytime. I even tried re installing steam. Does anyone know what is going on?
