New build, bad ram slots?

Testing Setup:

Fractal Node 304

Corsair RM650

Asrock Z97-ITX

4790K

H90 AIO

16gb Trident X

 

So I was testing my new build and I am not getting any video output. Plugged in my mobo speaker and it does 3 beeps then a pause and repeats that. Looked at what I think are the correct post codes and it said this means bad ram. Ok so I tested my 2 sticks in every configuration and no dice. Then I tested with some older g.skill ddr3 (F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL) and still the same beeps. Could the motherboard ram slots be bad or could it be I somehow damaged the CPU? The H90 was a bit tough to get on there and everything lined up correctly. Any ideas or should I RMA the board?

 

Also since I am testing with onboard graphics until my GPU comes in, will HDMI work or do I have to use DVI until I can get the bios up and running?

Definitely tried that. Here are some pics of the CPU socket and processor. Anything look out of the ordinary?

Not from what I can tell.

 

If you know the ram works but the system isn't posting, try RMA'ing your mobo.
