Logitech G502 Mouse Problem.

Not good at trouble shooting mice, but if anything goes wrong, logitech support is really good at handling it.

I just said, LGS does not detect it.

Sounds defective, even without the software it should still glow etc. Do you have another computer/laptop you can plug it in to? Seems like it may have to be returned though.

Honestly, i would try another g502. Yes you got a defective one but these cases are rare, and as horrible as i sounds..it's gotta happen to someone lol. Unfortunately it was you. But the g502 is a great mouse all around and will serve you well if you get another one.

Sounds like you should RMA it. Knowing Logitech's customer support, they will send you a brand new one right away.
