valve games run good on everything because the are based of a game engine released around 2004

They seem to run best on Intel cpu's + ATi cards.

 

Half Life 2 still runs off 1 cpu core, they implemented some shoddy support for 2 cores but it wasn't stable so they just patched it back to use only 1 core. You can run it well don't get me wrong, i run both the original Half Life engine, and Half Life 2 engine. Only time i have framerate issues is on Half Life 2 mods which stretch the game engine beyond it's limits. (Such as Underhell)

 

I personally run it fine with my older Phenom II, even at stock.

 

Yes i know they're AMD GPU's now, but back in the day they ran better on ATi. And i still prefer calling their GPU's as ATi. :P

What kind of question is that lol, it even runs well on the Tegra 4.
