Windows 7 OEM Question

Yiz

So a while ago I bought a copy of Windows 7 from newegg on what I thought was the retail version. But I just looked again after 6 months and realized it's got the OEM tag in the in the windows product ID thing when I go to the control panel. What is weird is that I've now used this code twice (uninstalled on other computer and installed using key on new one) and I thought on OEM versions it's tied to your motherboard. So I need to use this key one more time, transfer it to my brothers since I now have a windows 8 key ready to go. So can I use this key one more time if I uninstall windows on this PC?

Yes. The tied to mobo rule only applies to branded OEMs, like those which are preinstalled on laptops.
