Hi,

I am almost done with my pc but i can't seem to find the psu " Seasonic X-650 (SS-650KM3) 80PLUS Gold" in pc partpicker

even with the compatibility filter off.

so I was wondering if it would be ok for my pc.

If not what kind of 650w psu would you reccomend?

The brands available(at least 15 different models) in Belgium are: Be quiet, coolermaster, corsair and seasonic

thank you for the help.

Are you planning to sli?

The x650 is otherwise overkill.

yes, I am planning to sli

Then I would go with the EVGA G2 750W (Albeit a bit overkill on the wattage), EVGA NEX 650W or similar PSU's

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

(my bad)

i would also go for evga but Evga is almost non existent in belgium (looked on 4 websites only 3 psu available in each)

Edit: didnt see it was in germany (might give it a try)

Edit 2: is the difference between 80+ bronze and 80+ gold noticeable?

Can you link us to where you're shopping if the link I provided won't do?

The difference between bronze and gold can be noticeable but only makes a slight difference in extreme cases.

Thanks for the translation--although Google translate is usually fine for navigating a pc shop.
