An r9 280 is probably the best your going to get with that price. Id suggest going with Gigabyte's r9 280

If you can spend 20 $ more get the 280x they are about 220$ right now it is the best deal in that price range. With the 280x you card max out 90% of game in 1080P and for the power supply a good 550W one will be good.

That cpu is way to overkill compare to the rest of your pc. With that resolution i think a 270/270x or a 760 is enough
