yeah obviously rom or kernel issue.

mY sYsTeM iS Not pErfoRmInG aS gOOd As I sAW oN yOuTuBe. WhA t IS a GoOd FaN CuRVe??!!? wHat aRe tEh GoOd OvERclok SeTTinGS FoR My CaRd??  HoW CaN I foRcE my GpU to uSe 1o0%? BuT WiLL i HaVE Bo0tllEnEcKs? RyZEN dOeS NoT peRfORm BetTer wItH HiGhER sPEED RaM!!! dId i WiN teH SiLiCON LotTerrY? yOu ShoUlD dEsHrOuD uR GPU. my SYstEm iS UNDerPerforMiNg iN WarzONE. can mY Pc Run WiNdOwS 11 ?? woUld BaKInG MY GRaPHics card fIX it? MultimETeR TeSTiNG!! aMd'S GpU DrIvErS aRe as goOD aS NviDia's YOU SHoUlD oVERCloCk yOUR ramS To 5000C18! jellYfIn Client siDE TRanscoDinG

the rom is meant to be 100% working so it must be the kernel, what do i have to do to fix a kernel?

OP states that you should be running latest 4.4.4 htc kernel before installing this ,so yeah i assume that is the case and also I am not sure about how to flash a stock kernel on htc devices _assassin_ would know

i am downloading a kernel now will i have to wipe everything and then install the kernel or install the kernel while using the custom ROM in the recovery

be on the safe side wipe data but you can try it without wiping it first
