Which motherboard? ?

It's either a choice between

Asus ROG VIIHero or

Asus Z97 pro WiFi ac

Here in Australia these are both around the $260 - $270 mark.

Will be running an i5 4690k to be overclocked on water.

16gb Corsair Dominator 2400 ram.

Will be used for some gaming & general usage. Will only be connected via WiFi.

Is there much difference between the 2 boards colours aside of course.

if you need Wifi

 

the Pro

 

unless your build is Red/Black

 

then you go for the Hero

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
