I'm not worried apart from anything except from the power supply. Will it suffice? I don't plan to OC in the near future unless the benefits are massive.

I think you get get a cheaper motherboard, cheaper ram, cheaper case, and a better psu and a second 970

If not, it should be okay.

Benefits from OC are massive, but I would reccomend using HyperX Fury (If you want you could get one red and one black dimm) (Unless you picked for looks) because it is cheaper, and if you want better performance, with that money you saved on the RAM get a G1 :P

My current build - Ever Changing.

Number 1 On LTT LGA 1150 CPU Cinebench R15

look into the nzxt s340 case? IMO it's nicer than the h440 and it's cheaper too.

The Hyper X Fury 8GB 2x4GB 1600 kit is £7 cheaper than the GSkill X Ripjaws 2133, what G1 would you suggest also?

Care to suggest some alternatives while not going over my budget of £930?

A tiny bit over, and 2 970's was a bit over 1000

Single 980 beats single 970
