gpu or psu?

Hi.
I bougt last night 7970 lightining and friend said that he needed to flash bios so the mobo could recognize her. Last night i was on pc and after 1 hour, just black screen like there is no graphic card, then after 40mins same thing again. 
I just woked up and this happend again. The pc was runing all night without problems, i even run some bencmarks for 30mins and it was okay. But sometiems there is just that random black screen, and i must turn off / on pc to get it again. 

 

I have Thermaltake SE 630W 

 

I am using also the beta drivers, i don't think its graphics card, it really works good, the mobo is brand new, the other cards worked normaly in that mobo, and i think this is more then enough POWER for sistem.
