Ive been looking around on overclockers.co.uk and ive found they have some pretty neat bundles, but they are at the very top end of my budget so i was wondering if i could get any advice on what to keep form my current pc if i was to upgrade.

My current rig:

- fx-4100 stock cooler

- some horribly laid out mATX motherboard from gigabyte

- 8GB corsair xms3 1333Mhz (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-328-CS&groupid=701&catid=8)

- sapphire 270x

- EVO Labs 700W 80+ PSU (local computer shop recommended it, never heard of the brand outside smaller computer shops so was hesitant to buy but is yet to let me down)

- 500GB and 1TB HDD

Ideally i would like intel/nvidia over amd since i have had a few bad experiences with amd (regret not spending extra £30 for the 670 at the time)

The 970 is what i would like to aim for with either something around an i5-46XX or of possible an i7-47XX, i know there are some cheap 120GB ssd's on overclockers so i may as well add one of them.

I would like to be able to play new games at 1080p 30-60 fps on as close to max settings as possible and i believe the 970 does that quite well.

I was hoping that i could reuse my ram and hdd's and maybe my psu (not sure though) so that would leave me with about £650-£750 for GPU/CPU/Motherboard/Case once you take away cost of SSD.

Notes: i would like the case to be as small as possible so i can take it to friends to play and i would really rather everything came from Overclockers.co.uk

But this is where i cant decide if i should just buy a whole new system because i found this:

- Case: Bitfenix Prodigy Mini ITX Case - White
- Power Supply: OCZ ZS Series 750W PSU
- CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K 3.40GHz Ivybridge Processor
- Motherboard: Asrock Z77E-ITX Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 mini ITX Motherboard
- Cooler: OcUK H2 Flo Extreme CPU Cooler
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance White 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual

- Solid State Primary Drive: OCZ Vertex 4 128GB SSD

- Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB HDD
- Graphics Card: KFA2 Nvidia GTX 680 2GB
- Sound: High Definition 7.1 Onboard Sound Card
- Optical Drive: Hitachi Blu-Ray Reader / DVD±RW Drive - OEM

For £690!  I know its not the newest spec but it is on sale from over £1000 so i was wondering if its any good. (i did post this before but i got very mixed answers so im going to put it here aswell)

I had a look around for something more up to date and i found a pretty good bundle for £740:

- BitFenix Phenom / Prodigy M (is there an obvious choice between the two?)

- i5-4670 3.8GHz boost    (stock cooler)

- Asus H81M-K micro atx    (This and the PSU are only things im not sure about with it being so cheap, but i thought maybe it would be made up for by having a better CPU and GPU?)

- 8GB TeamGroup Vulcan Gold 1600MHz Dual Channel

- Nvidia GTX 970 (i assume reference)

- Samsung 120GB 840 Evo SSD    (i have a 500GB or a 1TB from my current PC that i can use for storage)

- Super Flower 450W    (Thats all it says so i have no idea what model it is)

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-430-OE

Just wondering if this would be better or worse since its still within my budget but there are a couple of parts there im not sure about.

So yeah ive been probably overlooking something but  ive only slept 3 hours in the last 2 days so im quite tired.

Edit: Another option i have is to buy parts on here over time http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Zaven2110/saved/XPjqqs but i dont know how long it will take since in dont have a stable job.

you need at lest 250GB SSD storage!

just for os? i only plan on having 2 or 3 games on it at any one time since i dont play that many different games at once. even without ~20GB taken up for the games at any one time 120GB should be enough shouldn't it?

if you think so, I thought 250GB are enough for me, but then I got me a 2nd 250GB SSd, because it wasnt.

The Superflower 450W psu will more than likely be the Golden Green HX. They are good power supplies.

That looks ok, but what about that motherboard? Its only £37 so it cant possibly be any good can it?

It is just a basic no frills board so that is why it is only that price i.e You only get a couple of Ram slots, and 2 x SATA 6GB/s ports.

You can ask them to put a different board in if you want something a bit better.

I thought most people just store games on an HDD though?
