First and foremost, I'm on mobile, sorry if I make any spelling or formatting errors.

My family router is downstairs, and my battlestation is upstairs in my room, so I've been using a wireless adapter. It's this USB 2.0 adapter that I picked up at my local Wal-Mart, honestly couldn't tell you the name - something from Linksys, I believe. Anyway, I use my two USB ports often - or I would, if one wasn't taken. I need to free it up, so I was looking for a good PCIe adapter. I've been looking at this: http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16833320074

I know what transfer rate I need, etc. But I could use help determining a trustworthy adapter, as networking stuff isn't really my thing. So if anyone could give me some suggestions and point me in the right direction, I'd be extremely grateful. I guess price doesn't really matter as long as its good, you know, I don't want to cheap out, but I can't exactly spend a lot because hey, it's Yuletide season. Gift shopp

Linking to mobile newegg site on desktop just brings you to the Newegg homepage. But there's a really good Intel PCIe WiFi adapter. Available in both N and AC versions.
