So I have a nexus 7 2013 WiFi and still dont have android 5 is google still rolling it out to WiFi Nexus's?

I don't want to flash 5 to my nexus.

I have a galaxy s4 (Snaprdragon 600) and I still don't have android 4.4 kitkat (Stuck on 4.3), When will may carrier roll it out? (Never, I flashed a ROM)

What do you mean by still rolling out? Google won't ever "Stop" rolling out an update, Think of it like this, if google launches android 5 today, you can still update to it 5 years from now, google won't remove the update from their servers if it's the latest for a specific device.

And it's a nexus the update will come very fast

EDIT: Google launches updates slowly, Example: It may be 30% of devices get it then, over a short period of time 100% will get it, google probaly des this incase there are any major bugs people find in the update, this doesn't happen that often tho, most devices will get it straight away.

I know the update varies from person to person (my friend got the 5.0 update but I didn't). Don't worry, and if you are that impatient Lollipop's amazing benefits, then you could flash it (although you just said you didn't want to).

it's rolling out.  Google chooses a specific number of random devices every day to make sure that servers don't get overloaded.  And pressing the "check for updates" button doesn't help, it actually decreases your chances, so be patient.

they do it slowly overtime so they dont have the mess that apple has EVERYTIME their is a major update.

It is not done all at once, it is done in waves. If you dont want to wait, you can use wugfresh's nexus took kit and use that to get the update.

yup just random. my nexus 5 has it and my wife's 7 does not yet .

Android 5.0.1 builds should be coming soon. I would wait for them as a fresh operating system always inherits issues (I've had a few from building AOSP).

I have a s4 mini and I use 4.4 cyanogenmod. Much cleaner and lightning fast.
