Upgrading my pc

I bought this pc a couple of years ago, and it has been running well, but now I am running into time where i cannot play latest games on recommended specs. I am not really knowledgeable in pc hardware, so I need help - is my pc upgradeable ? What cpu, graphic card is "ceiling" that my motherboard can support?
