Need Help with an Upgrade

Hi guys

A friend of mine wants to upgrade his PC. He already has gotten a good Case (Graphite Series 700T Miditower) and 8gb ram ( ddr3 1333 8gb kit kingston kvr1333d3n9K2/8G) . He has a hdd as well.

What he needs is a new PSU, a new GPU and a new CPU,, a ssd (256gb) a new CPU Cooler and a new motherboard. His budget is 1000$.

He needs a new monitor as well, and there he has 400$.

He wants to mainly have a stable and well running arma 3.

This? plus throw in a CPU cooler, as for a monitor I would recommend AOC but really you should go to a store and see what you like, its always better to see a monitor in person
