Hello people! i was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on this build, if it will run new games at 1080p. and also help me maybe change some parts. thanks! :)

Seagate Barracuda® 1TB

Location and budget? 

An R9 280 is likely similarly priced to that 760, but a hell of a lot better; and either get a Z97 board and a 4690k or an h81/q85/b85/h87/h97 board and a 4590.
