OBS and Also CamStudio do a good job. OBS if configured correctly would be better though. Both free btw.

Just use shadowplay.

ShadowPlay works for full screen games, i think its mainly the DirectX ones. There is a way to record desktop i think. Things like minecraft you wont be able to. According to them it records all full screen games.
