Need A Graphics card

Just need a recommendation please 

 

friend wants to upgrade his pc. 

 

Its a pre-built. 

 

HP Pavilion p7-1298c Desktop

 

Yes I know probably not the best idea but all hes got.

 

Budget $200 includes S&H and tax

 

Specs

Mobo: MSI MS-7778

Processor: A10-5700

RAM: 12 GB 

PSU: 300 watts 

yes I also know the PSU is not sufficient
but what also would be a good paring

GTX 750 ti might work.

GTX 750 ti would be good because of the PSU.
