Non of the hardware is faulty i shuted it down and tried to start up and nothing happens.

First thing: check your RAM. If you have multiple DIMMs, one could be causing it not to turn on.

Do you have any GPU installed? I can't tell. I'm using tapatalk.

Do you have another system to try at all? The best thing I can think of is taking your system out and building it bare bones if possible adding components one by one, each time attempting to power on the system. In addition, are you aware of the paperclip method when it comes to starting up a power supply?

The power supply may be fine in standby mode, but that doesn't mean it's able to pull out of it into normal mode. But, try rebuilding the system the way I mentioned.

I appriciate the help. But are therw maybe any other ideas. I preaty bent on that the problrem is the mb or the ram since this random issue happens a lot and the after a while it just goes away. And i think that he psu is not the problem since i had the system stable and running 2h ago then i noticed that 6gbs of 12 were used by windows and wanted to fix that by rearanging or reseating the ram and bam. This happens.

You can try testing your RAM. Remove all of the DIMMs, test one, and if it doesn't work, try the another one. But one at a time.

Triead that already somethinf i could ask id, should i plug out the psu beffore and after every switch of the dimm?

It's recommended. The system is getting power, unless you turn off the power supply and let everything discharge slowly.

Troubleshooting isn't always fun. Especially when you want your rig to just run. Let me know the results though.

Id like to add that i left the PC to discarge the whole night even taking the battery out nothing happaned seems i have to continue with the dimms.

It only takes a few minutes to fully discharge. I should've mentioned that. Have you switched out all the DIMMs? Since your power supply is working, you can discharge the entire system by holding down the power button with the power supply left on, but unplugged.
