Need Help with New PC (QUICK!)

Hey, im Currently 13 Years old

and i wanna upgrade from a Intel Duo T9300 2.4Ghz, nVIDIA 8800m and 4gb ddr2 ram to a better light gaming build!

And i will mostly play these games

 

Far Cry 4 / GTA V / Unturned / The Forest /DayZ / ARMA III / just openworld games etc... And also some CS : GO, And i need to be able to record bo2 med settings at 60fps very important !

 

I Will also Render Short Clips 20-40 Secs with Sony Vegas and AE

and farcry 4 requires a 4 core cpu

You're gonna need more RAM and a better GPU if you want to do what you described, what's your budget?
